Thank you for a beautiful 2009 Entheon Village! Print E-mail

September 18, 2009

Greetings to all of our present and past Entheon Villagers, and our friends and families,

I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the beauty of this year's Burning Man experience with thos of you at Entheon Village in 2009. Wow, what a wonderful experiment in intentional community.

Welcoming you into the circle and sharing tobacco and prayers, setting an intention: Why Are You Here?
We started the experience off together.
Swirling in and out of each other's awareness, we kept our Village beautiful, happy, and moop-free! We busted through our old boundaries and each found a way to grow in our own lives, separately and together.
We all pitched in to fill our bellies with the delicious bounty of the Entheon kitchen.
We learned from each other about leadership, responsibility, and community.
And most of all, we realized how integral all of us are to this collective experience, and every day we deeply honored and loved one another, with respect and warm kindness.

From my perspective, some times in your face, some times far away, looking in.....it was beautiful and rich. And such an honor and pleasure to meet you all. And a real blessing to learn how we can all work together in a fun and sustainable way.

If you'd like to begin discussing what you liked, what you didn't like, and what constructive improvements you have to offer for 2010, please visit our Forum (click link in menu to the left)!

Many blessings friends and family! We will be in touch as we wrap up the year and begin discussions of next year.

Love,

Andrea & the Entheon Team

Welcome to the Entheon Village 2009 website! Please note that we are now {over}-FULL and Registration Is Indeed CLOSED as of 2:22pm PST today, Friday 8/21/09!

No worries, though. You may buy a community meal plan at  http://nourishment.eventbrite.com/ through our dear lovely friends at Red Lightning. Their registration is full, too, so you can't camp there either, however....we know where might you pitch your tent or park your RV:

We are located at 6:30 & DNA this year. There is free, open camping space, first-come, first-served, across Fossil street from Entheon. Our friends in the Abraxas camp and some Entheon Villagers will also be camping there! So, introduce yourself, pitch your tent, and enjoy the public amenities that Entheon is bringing this year!

Much much much much Love,
